Easy Parchment Paper Poaching

Everyone loves juicy tender chicken breasts, but they are tricky to get right unless you use this dead simple fool-proof method. Oven poaching using parchment paper to create a nice little steam oven for the breasts to stay super moist.




The trick to getting this to work for you is making sure the seal around the edges. YES we are going to use the stapler to ensure that we get a good tight envelope to do our poaching.

Paper also makes clean-up a breeze, just a quick soapy sponge and rinse and your sheet pan is ready for the cupboard.

Simply tear out two equal sized sheets of parchment paper a couple of inches wider than the sheet pan.

Don't fuss about getting all the corners neatly tucked and folded, just make sure that the edges are folded over themselves to create the seal.


Simply staple the corners and every 6 inches or so around the perimeter. This will save you tons of headaches trying to get the edge to stay tightly sealed.
