Oven Roasted Broccoli Kielbasa Potato Bake

This tasty #sheetpandinner will satisfy even the pickiest eaters. The combination of broccoli, potato, and kielbasa makes every bite scrumptious. This is very easy to put together and requires very few ingredients. Let's get some broccoli into those kids.

If you don't like scrubbing pans, simply line the tray with parchment paper and you are done

BACON FAT...
I seriously hope you are saving your bacon fat, it keeps forever in the fridge and adds a layer of complexity that is impossible to replicate

Oven Roasted Broccoli Kielbasa Potato Bake - Serves 4
Preheat your oven to 400°
Cut up the broccoli, kielbasa, and potatoes. Melt 2 tablespoons of bacon fat in the microwave. Toss ingredients into a sheet pan and sprinkle seasonings evenly over the top. Drizzle with the bacon fat and toss to coat all the surfaces. Bake for 20 minutes, remove and stir, return to the oven for 15 more minutes and check for brownness. Cook under your broiler for a few minutes to crisp up the edges. You will be lucky to have leftovers.
3 broccoli crowns cut into florets
1/2 kielbasa cut into coins
4 red or other waxy potatoes pre-cooked and cooled - cut into 1/2 cubes
2 T melted bacon fat - or oil if you don't have
1 tsp mushroom powder - optional if you have - sub in some soy sauce
1/2 tsp salt - go light here you can always add more soy later
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
